Default Squeaky Front Right Tire?

Hey guys, I just got done with a 120 mile Roadtrip and when I got home I noticed my front end squeaking. It's mostly when I'm slowing down or speeding up to 20 mph when I hear it most. I've lifted the car and was able to detect it coming from the front passenger wheel by spinning it. I took off the wheel and now when I noticed the squeek happens when I rotate the hub. It sounds like rubber on rubber squeaking or a Damn 5 year old playing on a basketball court but deeper toned. It sounds like it's right behind my wheel studs. Any guesses? Don't feel like taking it to a mechanic and waiting a week to get it back.

The noise does not change when applying brakes or turning. Only the speed of which the wheel is rotating.

NOTE:
I do have wheel Spacers on, which Im aware can mess up wheel bearings.
