TSW Bathurst on 2011 tC

Hey guys,
I'm in the market for some new wheels & I absolutely love the look of the Bathurst wheels. I'm wondering if they will work on my car, I would go for the 18x8 option & TSW says they have a 114.3 bolt pattern & 35mm of offset. Just wondering if you guys think these will work.

To add I would like to keep my tires which are 225/45R18
