Default WHAT SIZE?

Hey ya'll! I have just purchased my first scion! Its a 2011 scion tc! I am extremely excited and anxious to start my modding process already! First off I'm looking for a drop and wheels! I have already figured out how I'm going low, now its to the wheels, and this is where I need help from you guys.

I'm in the military and currently stationed in Germany and there is a law here that states the wheel had not go past the fender under any circumstances. SO, I'm wondering what size can i run in the front and the rear where i can fit the widest wheel without going past the fenders?

Im currently looking at these! please let me know if at all this set up is possible..
Rear: 18x9.5 +20, or 18x9 +30
Front: 18x9 +30 or 18x8.5 +48

any help is much appreciated! Merry Christmas yall!!

so S techs?
i think the 9.5 width will poke out a bit. you'll definitely be good with 8.5 width, those will be inside fenders. idk about 9 inch width. I personally want 18x9 with +35 offset for my wheels to avoid any poke, but idk if it will work.

let's see what others say.

check how low they go first. it may not be enough for you depending on what you want.
I know they are too low for me haha!

well if you plan to go a few inches then I think 9 width in the front and 9.5 in the back are OK widths but I would go with a higher offset to be safe. if you were going lower id say this would be perfect to what your looking for. unless you want to go with your second option you would be good but wheels wouldn't be flushed with the fender they would be more tucked in =)
