Default Body Kit Issue!!!

ok guys and gals... In have an issue. Well I have my kit fitted and ready for paint...but I drove with it yesterday (yes unpainted.......laugh now) and today around the muffler it is sorta buckled and has small hairline cracks??????? I understand the heat did this, but what can I do to prevent this in the future? Help me quick becuase it is getting painted tomorrow. Oh yea the kit is the K1 (kenstyle) from ED so it is fiberglass and urathane mix...... HELP ME!!!!

it's made of fiber flex?

try bending the pipe, because i don't think it was the heat. when running, the exhaust hops around like u got 50 rabbits inside doin the nasty. make the exhaust tip lower or try putting spacers in those black rubber mounts that hold it up.

yea it is FiberFLex.....and I have the Greddy SP2 Exhaust....so the exhust is pretty big. I do not think that bending the pipe is a real good idea but somehow re-enforcing the exhust might just work....any furhter ideas for this???

Any pictures of the closeness? My kit and exhaust are *almost* touching... (I can't put a finger in-between)... but I haven't had problems with it banging against the kit yet.

ok ok I have slightly moved the exhaust down and the kit has been re-enforced and will be painted today/tomorrow. I will post up pics when it is done (with the closeness) to show you the problem area in which I feel I have fixed. Thanks so far!!!
