Has anyone put this hood on their XA yet? I want this hood sooo bad I don't care how much I just want to know if anyone has it yet and how hard it was to order it from C-One? I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

 

As far as we know no one in the us has bought this hood. The price is what is holding most people back. It is around $850 plus domestic shipping when it gets here to the states. Personally I am a little leary of ordering anything from them since I have ordered a part from them and that was over 6 months ago and I still havent seen or heard anything, and I have been checking back almost every other week

 

IMO this is the best quality hood made for the xA. Dry carbon construction and most likely, perfect fitment.

Don't order from C-One in Japan! Order from one of the US distributors.

I've been waiting for a vented hood (reverse scoop) to come out for the xA. If one doesn't come out within the next few months, I'll be getting the C-One hood.

Hey thanks a lot for the heads up a guy sent me a pm with a link to kamispeed.com which is a US distributor and i know the price is a little up there but I think im going for it I'll let u know how it goes.

 

Ask if we can get a group buy price for 5 hoods.

Mayube there are a few others who migh go for it (with a little discount).

id be interested sometime in the future for sure ^_^. is the scoop functional

 

If im not mistaken I believe the scoop is functional just like those on the celicas I am planning to put a short ram intake right under the scoop but these are just some thoughts I still have to get up the money but I will definitly find out about the group buy price

 

the prices went down on all the products this year so the hood is now $915 .00 plus whatever shipping is. its still a special order item.

 

You can probly ask fred at http://www.autofashionusa.com to pull this in for you. He has treated me well with my jdm stuff

 

it'll be hard for them to get C-one since the owner of Kamispeed is friends with C-one's owner.
