Clearing the lights
You cant take apart the tail lights. The red plastic is fused to the surrounding black plastic. I know because I had a spare set and it was not worth trying to separate the 2. Meaning I cracked 1 trying to separate them.
You REALLY got to be careful no matter how you heat up the headlights. I had some one do them. One they cracked a small spot that only I and some few would notice, on the other side he did not seal it back correctly and I got crazy condensation.
So I had to re seal it by using the oven myself. I ended up melting a small bit of the top part and now it's very noticeable. I eventually need to buy another headlight assembly. Stock it's $210.
So be VERY careful no matter what.

Not that I am aware of. It's a huge job and the red piece is on there really good. I suggest you look into the JDM version that came out not to long ago. I am gonna get it. It's about $350
