Default Fog lights behind plastic grille question

Does anyone know if putting fog lights behind a plastic grille is a bad idea? Will they light melt the plastic?

Here's a link of this gentlemen that did it with his tc.
Probably you can contact him and see what he say.

I brought LED fog lights at cardomain. I will do the same setup once I get my friend to have time to help me.

Well...I got them on...Only took about 10 hours to do. I had to make a custom set of brackets.

These are the pilots 7 color halo fog lights. I really love the way my front end looks now!

No they won't melt the plastic and if you are really worried just leave a small gap between the lens and the grill!
