Here are two from the site right in the tech section.

I figured I'd give it to you since your probably going to get a ton of comments here saying " use the SEARCH button!"
But those two are both good. Strut bar is insanely easy to do.

Default I second that!!!

Remove the cowl and wiper motor. It looks like it would be more difficult ,but it isnt.It took me about an hour to do,it was actually fun ,I had no issues at all. However fyi if youve got a K@N drop in filter it may be tricky to get it out for occasional cleaning and oiling, the bar strut restricks removing the box top of the air filter.

You probably already have it put on, but in my application I didn't need to remove the entire cowling. I just removed the three nuts on top of the strut assembly and jacked up the car enough to drop the strut down and slide the bar in place. Deffinitely saved time not removing the cowl.

Depending on the bar it may be necessary to jack it up to allow the strut to drop a little and get it on over the top because of the cowling.

BTW...be careful unscrewing your nuts. That sounds dangerous.

I had to remove my strut bar to put my df210's on, and the first time I put the strut bar on, I removed the wiper assembly/cowling and it took about 1 hour total.
The second time without taking the cowling off and using a super small wrench in annoyingly small rotations to get that back nut off and it still took about 40 minutes total. And I swore a lot more. And got annoyed.

But then again I'm not the most handy person in the world so I might have been doing it wrong. The next time I need to take the strut bar off (I really hope I don't need to...) I'll stick to the cowl removal method.
