what voltage is the kit rated for? remove the extra wiring and jump it right off the battery and eliminate all the extra stuff done to wire it, then if it works alone slowly add the fuses and asst stuff till it cuts out then you can eliminate issues

8000k kit. H4. And I tried everything but running it from the battery. I doubt that it'll help. Any known issues with scions and hids?

what you can try is:

1) connect the ballast to the stock plug. the plug is different but try and get some 16 or 14 gauge wire and connect positive to positive low and negative to negative. try that for both bulbs and ballasts. if that doesn't work you have a bad ballast or bulb.

2)connect it with the wire harness from the battery. check all the grounds and fuses, if both are good then you have a bad relay in that harness.

hope this help!

both. one bulb rarely turns on for more than 5 seconds. and im sure all this "troubleshooting" will cause more problems for the equipment and the people i got it from will say i damaged it

try this.... i have had my mobilhid kit for 2 years now and my passenger's light started to flicker a week ago.... the fix was easy, there was some dirt and grime build up on the passenger side connector from the stock headlight. all I had to do is unplug the light and balast on the passenger's side and clean off the contacts and reinstall. usually after a while having these things installed they will get dirty or wiggle loose, thanks to the tight suspension we have, and just need to have the connectors reseated.

see if that will fix your problems.
