Default How did you install your HIDs in your xA???

I've been looking at installing mine but am having trouble mounting the ballast somewhere.

It looks like my only chose is in the fender well, but to access this area, it looks like I have to remove the front bumper. I popped out a number of the (popping?) screws? but some of them I'm having a lot of trouble with. Specifically the lower ones holding the RS1 center piece in. I can't figure out how to access them.

Any ideas?

Thanks ahead of time!

There are no lower pop-rivits on the stock bumper just 3 tabs. I'd assume that the RS1 bumper is the same as stock, that being the case just pull straight up.

Once you pop out the top tabs on the grill, just give the grill a pull up to pop it out. That's the easy part,

To take out the bumper, you'll need to remove a few screws with a philips screwdriver and a 10mm (or 12mm) socket wrench underneath the car and in each wheel well. Jack up the car to make it easier. Also remember to pull out the sockets for the turn signals before you pull out the bumper.

Takes like 15-20 minutes if you have two people.
