It should go right in since its just an add-on lip kit.

Any idea of what it would cost painted and installed???

When my car was getting fixed from an accident, I was quoted around $400 to have a lip kit painted and installed. The place did a great painting job when they repaired my car. My fender looks factory new, and it was also the place that the dealership uses and recommends. If you want the name of the place just let me know. personally, i'd rather spend more to get a above averge quality.
