Keeping stock wheels?
As I understand it:
If your accessories, including wheels are installed at port, you are not entitled to the stock equipment. If your accessories are installed at your dealer, the stock equipment is yours to keep, if you choose - same as if you went back the day after you take delivery to buy your accessories.
There's some fine print to this effect on the window sticker:
"Customers choosing to upgrade from the base audio and/or wheelcovers are paying for the upgrade only and will not receive the standard equipment upon delivery."

Yeah, if you're doing 18s, you should get the steelies too. That's what I do with every customer who buys them from me.
Generally, the low profile tires that fit our 18" rims are borderline dangerous in snowy conditions so we all switch back to steel for the winter out here.
