hey im kind of lost and need help
im thinking about putting in a red grill on my xA but unfortunatly i dont know where to get it done
if anyone knows where i can do it in the bay area that would be a huge help!!!!

DIY...remove the four small clips on top of the grille...Pull the grille off - place the new on, put the clips back in place. 2 mins to do.... tops!

 

Kahuna's totally right. Pulling your grill and putting it back takes.. A screw driver and some little tab popping. It super easy. Or Are to talking about getting your current one painted?

 

noo i dont want to get it painting i saw another xA with this really nice red grill unfortunatky it wasnt like mine so i would have to buy a new one and then get it painted but ill defintly install it myself then

There are only four little black tabs that need to be popped up. Careful not to break them though. You probably saw a release series grill. You can find some similar on ebay. It would be better if you could find one at a junk dealer or possibly from a dealer.

Yeppers.. That looks like the RS series grill. That also looks like the one you can get on ebay. It take some digging, but its there.

 

um it sort of did i think the diamond cut it bigger though but it is similar!
its a nice gril though

 

get the grille and you can replace the mesh with other material....I have some expanded mesh that is about half again as wide as what is in it now, Just need to cut a piece for the top and bottom holes. Or, just give that project up.

 

Hey guys, just a quick question about that grill. That type only fits for the 05 and below models? I have a 06 and i'm just curious if it fits perfectly or the most sand it down to fit, thanks.

 

I am pretty sure the 05 will not fit your 06....I heard the bumper was changed too much.

I could be wrong...

 

it will fit you just have to trim down the tabs
