Hey everyone!

I just got in a minor fender bender and my xa rear bumper is dented in....anybody can recommend where I can get a replacement or should I just try to pop it out and look ghetto?!

trying to aviod getting the insurance company involved...hmm I didn't even think about the warranty...thanks! I'll bring it in tomorrow!

Warranty covers defects, not collisions.

i would first try to pop it out, Some of the bumper parts are colored, not painted so it may pop out without much damage, These plastics are fairly forgiving too. If you can't get it and/or can't get to it well, I would then try someone like DentPros or the like that specialize in paintless dent repair. If they can't, then you'll probably be looking at replacing the part...

If its on your rear bumper I would call the ins. company. If its not your fault it doesnt affect your policy only the other person's policy.

heres a quick fix for you...since it's plastic you can use either a hair dryer or preferably a heat gun and heat the inside of the bumper and pop it out (you need to pop it from the inside)quick and best of all it's free. it works trust me had to do it a couple of times, just make sure you don't stay in one place with the heat gun or else you're gonna mess up the paint

i got in a fender bender with a pole. it sucked and it dented in my pass. side rear panel. i popped it out and it was still ghetto. i drove around like that for a awhile untill someone hit me on the freeway and i got it all repaired at no cost to me. i just lucked out on that one!
