why do the xA's get no love

hey ive been lookin every where for a smoke overlay for the xA. i found headlight overlays but none for the tails. ive been lookin for awhile now. i really don't want to paint it cuz im not 100% sure on the laws here and if i ever decide to get rid of them, i can without buying a new set of lights. blue batmobile only makes eyebrows and healight armor only makes the fronts. so any help would be greatly appreciated .

 

i think batmobile has them. i dont remember his username.

 

just go down to your local tint shop and have em do it.

i got mine painted at a body shop and he knew how dark to go without pushing my luck with the cops..i'm debating on the front ones..
a tint shop is the next best thing..good luck

 

thanks, yeah i was the one askin you about em at asylum. i waould rather get something thats reversible just incase its illegal or i get harrassed by the fuzz

 

does anybody have any pics of painted tails versus tinted tailights?

 

Painted are waaaay better, they dont have any dullness and are glossy like the paint.

 

Not only is tint dull. No shine at all. But it needs to be replaced all the time.

where did you get the overlays..

i am trying some static cling tint i bought at wal-mart. its workin ok but i haven't had time to smooth out the wrinkles. i found out it also needs to be two or three pecies.

painted not smoked...but stickercity.com did my side markers, and clear bra, banner and clear film on my headlights got tired of smoke on the visibility factor....

 

you have one clean xA.
thats the look im lookin for in the tails. how many coats did you do. and the only thing im worried about it the police and being able to pass inspection.

 

Your headlights looked awesome when they were smoked and I was planning on doing it, when you say your got tired of the visibility does it mean it was worse than stock headlights or is it just because of the fact that you got HID's and your not getting the HID visibility you wanted? If it's equal to the stock headlight output I think i'm going to smoke my headlights still and get the HID's

 

Blue Batmobile has a overlay for every light on a Scion pretty much. You haven't did a lot of research if you say the xA gets no overlay love.

 

i asked Batmobile and he said that he was workin on it. right now he only makes eyebrows and redouts fo rthe rear
