Default Suggestions for a side decal for my 06 RS 3.0?

You have all undoubtedly seen the color: Stingray Blue. It looked fine when I bought the car on a nice, sunny day. I don't mind when it looks silver or gray in the evening, but when I looked at it early on Sunday morning it looked purple to me. I draw the line at purple. If I had the funds I would repaint it in a heartbeat. What might be an interesting decal design to put along the side, one that might emphasize its lines? Nothing too flashy, just something that might jazz it up a little.

I put in some floormats that have a bright, red dragon on them and it's nice when I open the door and see some spash of bright color. I have to admit that if I had to do it over again I would never buy a Scion this color.

What about a japanese rising sun? Except the white would be the blue.

That would fall under the "not too flashy" description. Since the RS 3.0 is so new there are not really a lo of examples of exterior mods that I can find.

To me that's not flashy...it's a simple design...a circle and some slanted lines.

The U.S. flag is stars and stripes, but I wouldn't have that splashed along the side of my car either. Flags belong on poles, not on cars as far as I am concerned.

I get'cha. Damn, if I could afford rims and tires I would just get it repainted. Actually, when I read about how thin the original paint is, repainting a different color in the future might not be a bad idea anyways.

you want to repaint an RS?!?!

i think if you want another color that bad, trading it in might save you more money since the resale value of your car, along with the value of it being an RS is high.

that is unless you're that desperate to keep the RS exclusive Kenstyle kit.... (there are other Kenstyle kits out there as well that look just as clean)

that's what the car should be.. clean... best thing is pinstriping to accent the lines... no need for big decal work.
and a big NO for the SRD thing...

and i haven't seen purple at all in the stingray blue... not sure where you're from that may have an affect on that... but i personally love the color.

Wisconsin, early morning light on an overcast day. Paint an RS where I had no choice of color? Well, yes. Actually, the salesman said very little about it being an RS. It did not matter to me if it was or not, just how it looked. I am thinking that repainting down the line may be a good idea when it gets the inevitable scratches on it. That would be a good time to change color. I wasn't looking for big decal work, but something simple that would go with the lines or maybe something that says "Scion" on the sides. On the other hand, I am more concerned about how I like the looks of the car.
