Does anyone have or seen a xa with vertical doors on it

Looking at trying to do this mod and was wondering what everyone thought and has seen

 

Once upon a time... there was a picture on here (ScionLife) that had an iST with vertical (front) doors. It was in a Japanese show, I believe. I'm trying to find a picture. I can't. Sorry I'm not much more help.

Personally, I don't think its worth it. The xA is kinda large (how often will you hear that) to have vertical doors. And it's too "I have too much money" and "Please steal my car" looking. Anyways, if you're going to do vert doors, no company makes them for the Scion xA. There are universal kits... but those are as good as anything else that is made to fit universally.

But if that's what you want to do... to each his own.

that is the exact kit i was looking at for my xa the only thing is does anyone know how this effects the car being that it is a daily driver

you know what would look realy hot, would be vert doors up frunt and gull wing in the back, like that wide body Jetta in the february issue of Performance Auto and Sound page 60-68, dont get me wrong that would take alot of work and $$$$$$$ but it would be so worth it. let me see if i can find a link to some pics of it.

I just can't get down with verts...that's just my opinion though

 

well i guess it really all depends on how much the paint job is and what i have left from my tax return after that
