HI... I searched the forums b4 submitting this, but I couldn't find anything about "3M Prep Solvent-70"

I bought the SCION Fuel Door Applique PTS10-52041 for my Scion xA and I want to put it on, but it mentions that I should "Thoroughly clean the fuel lid door with 3M Prep Solvent-70".

I don't have this. My question is : Is there a substitute product I could use instead, or do I need to get the stuff from 3M. If so, where could I buy it.

probably some rubbing alchohol should suffice. I dunno... anyone ele wanna second?

 

rubbing alcohol will do i used it on mine and its been on for two years now no problem.
