Best Intake for increasing MPG

What have you guys had experience with or heard about?
What should I stray towards or stay away from?
CAI or HAI?
Please post links to places to buy as well.

injen SRI/HAI you'll get good results with that intake

with a CAI it will lower your mpg and bottom end torque

how good of results?
noticeable MPG boost?
