What have you guys had experience with or heard about?
What should I stray towards or stay away from?
CAI or HAI?

injen SRI/HAI you'll get good results with that intake

with a CAI it will lower your mpg and bottom end torque

increase of at least 1 or 2 mpg just depends on your driving style heck you might see more
