Default Combine xA/xB areas?

Because more Scion models are going to be coming out and the xA and xB are so similar, would you be opposed to combining the xA and xB areas so that information could be more available to either group? Or would you rather they stay separated?

I wouldn't mind both xA/xB forums being merged. Just as long as if people specify what car they are talking about...

how about we ask what people think by what they own? Like who with an xA thinks that the threads should be combined? Then who with an xB thinks ...... I am just mentioning this because I know people with xB's will vote on this thread and of course they outnumber the xA's.

That is a great idea.... I should post the same poll in the xB area, shouldn't I. Why didn't I think of that!?!

<grin>

Oh wait, I did.

but what is to stop the xB's from voting on this thread? I am just saying this because I have found that when I think I am talking to an xA owner in the xA Thread often to my surprise it is an xB owner that is looking at what the xA's have to say. Nothoing wrong with that I do the same on the xB side. So when xB's vote twice on thier thread and ours it could count twice and thier are way more of them then us.

So far you are both in agreement, that the threads should stay seperated. The majority rules.

look at the way the threads read now: tread&butter, corner carve, power...
It's already hard to distinguish what model members are talking about - unless it's specified or a pic is included in posts you have to spend (waste) some time reading through the post to figure out which model is topic.

Of course, you realize that you are naming forums from the technical area where models don't matter... so that is not exactly relavant. You could be talking about the Ford Focus in that area and it would still make sense...

I am talking more about the fact that other than body parts, the xA and xB are pretty much identical.

I realize this is a very old topic, but let me just add a comment. The xB will be phased out well before the xA. Leave it like this and add a forum when the D, E and F models arrive.
