I'm picking up my xA this Wednesday (I've been losing sleep!). I want to get alloys for it... Specifically, the alloy options to the 04 and 05 xA. I think they look a lot classier. Anywho, eBay has'em for really cheap... Now here's the dumb question...

The auction is for the four alloys... will the rubber on my steel wheels fit/transfer right over on the alloys? Or do I have to purchase all new rubber tires...?

Also... does ANYONE have the rear chrome garnish??? If so, I BEG OF YOU to PLEASE post it!!

 

Yes, the alloys use the sam tires as the steelies. I reccomend just browing ebay and other sites for any 15" rim, most will fit the stock tires. Just make sure they are 4 lug. You can find some rims that look better and cost less than Scion's.

 

exactly, theres tons of much better wheels out there that the stock ones, at much better prices too.

Here's an eBay auction... Can someone tell me if it's legit...? $259.00 for FOUR alloy wheels sounds too good to be true... or is that the price for one alloy? I emailed the seller two days ago and he hasn't responded.

just go aftermarket totally. you will find 100000000 of options you will no doubt be happier with.

 

The seller is ScionSport, 100% legit. It's a major online Scion parts store. You can visit their site at www.scionsport.com . Yes, 05 wheels will fit on the 06. Personally I think those wheels are ugly, you need to look into aftermarket. Check out discount tires direct...
