Si, But I talked to the Scion CUstomer Advocate on Scion.com and the guy said no time soon them F'ers don't ever wanna leak out anything. I even asked about the iPod Connection and he said he don't know. But I am sure it will be out in May. Maybe a little offtopic but my stepdad told me that they shipped off the RS tCs yesterday.

 

Yeah, rc1 tcs are supposed to be april 1, rc2 xa is may 1.

 

I saw one RS 1.0 at the dealership when I picked up my 05 BSP Xa last Monday(airscion.com). No price tag or plates,didn't ask about it because I am not too fond of red. Went to pick up my old car tonight,the RS 1.0 is still there,not moved at all,might be for shows.

 

The Scionhiddencode.com RS2.0 for the xA says it's hitting lots on the 15th....weird.

Unless you are looking someplace that I'm not, it used to say that the gamepiece will be available on the 15th. If you squint, the gamepiece says that it will be on the lots May 1.

FYI, I was able to use the gamepiece today, but it was labeled xB and did not offer more information about the spectra xA after using it. The main scion RS site is also unchanged.

 

Hmm... if it will be available that soon, you'd think they would want to start advertising it?

 

They have left over RS1s that they need to get rid of, so they're not pumping the RS2 quite yet. Or they're trying to create a buzz and are really confident in their product.

that indeed is a weak package and I agree, you gotta have the sunroof.

 

I am pretty sure that it will have more than that. Maybe that is all the info.

 

Interesting... good to see it will probably have a different grill than stock. Depending on the final specs, I may drive over to the next town to check out the xA's.

 

According to my dealer, it became available on Apr. 18th for $1,035 more than the basic xA. His specs did not include a moon roof, and he said that side curtain airbags were not available on this model - it comes as is!!! Marlene

 

 

Has anyone confirmed that it is for sale now? I'm trying to decide if I should get the stock, RS1.0, or get the RS 2.0. My dealer said he could get the 1.0 but I need to decide asap.

I will get my RS 2.0 in two weeks so just ask your dealer if they are getting one in soon. Tell them to look up color code 8M6 that will be the SE.

 

go to scion.com, click on where the "coming soon" is under release series, it pops up.

 

Package seems super weak:

foglights
sport grill
floor mats
blue LEDs
blue fabric
spoiler

In typical false advertising fashion, they show upgraded wheels and a lowered xA, but no mention of either of those things in the package. They even go so far as to show a close up of the wheels and wheel gap. My guess, not included.

Wow, not what I was expecting at all. It's a regular xA with a unique color (that looks like it was spray-painted on in those pics - I'm sure it looks better in real life) then they went ahead and chose some accessories for you. For that I'd rather take a pgp one and buy those wheels/springs.

The wheels/springs must be included, else that is quite pricey for that package?
