Its just surprising how many women like these sub ultra mini compacts. No one ever thought my geo was cute. They just stared to see how such a big guy gets in and out of a small car.

I use to drive a classic mercedes benz 240d. Many guys thought it was a bently because of the grill. Many homeless people rushed me at the local 711 and stop lights. Most women knew me as the guy who drove an older car from the 70s.

The homeless people have no opinion of the xa.

Yeah, belinda is cute too, but she lives clear across the country.

seXAevay, nice. I wanted white, but all the dealer had was silver streak and cherry black. Not sure about your, but my hood and mirrors have severe chipping and I think a customer paint job maybe in my future. Maybe a pearl white with pearl flakes. Dont you just love the spilt grill of the 06s vs the tri grill of the older models and the wrap around turn signals?

Yeah is surprising how played down the xA was when they came out. EVERYONE knew about the xB then the TC came out and the xA got pushed aside =( now the xD came out (New IST Body style) and everyone likes that along with the xB and TC. Our poor xA got the short end of the stick.

Stock I use to get "Thats a cute car" With the Fab Grille and kit on my car and everything else people ask me all the time.
"What kind of car is that its sporty looking and whats the gas milage?" The new thing I get now is "Is that one of those new hybrids?"

I love my car at first my friends made fun of it saying it was a chick car now they all wish they traded in their cars to get something smaller non turbo.

Same here, its nothing like a car company to ruin a good design. My first car was a 1979 diesel dasher vw rabbit. 49mpg rating and that was in the 70-80s. Now the rabbit gets 20 if you are lucky and they currently do not offer a diesel model. Both the xb and xd look a like to me, neither have the cute micro car appeal the xa and first xb does. What the hell does the tc contribute to the line up? Its basicall a coupe version of the carolla.

I seriously think they have a market for micro minis, like a 2 seater xa or mini xp pixk up trucks, but I swear the next gen scions will look a lot like the camry and carolla. At least I got one that gets excellent fuel economy many mistake for a prius. Not that Ive even seen a prius with a hood scoupe or quarter bra.

i agree completely Charlie & Cobb were not as popular as the tc or tc but i had my option between all three of them and of course i went for the xa.
It was just right, compact, roomy, i can put the back seat down and take a nap if i wanted to.
Last but not least I wanted something that wanted gas all the time, i love it barely as me to...

Yeah when I saw the 3 of them I didnt like the xB to much. Dont get me wrong it gave a nice drive and all but just wasent crazy about the design. When I saw the TC it just reminded me of every other sports car out there. Then there was the little xA sitting there I sat in it looked around on the inside and said this is it!

Although I wont lie recently more and more I like the xD but I guess thats tech the 2nd gen body style of the xA so its ok =P

I use Mother's Carnauba Cleaner Wax. But I also park in a garage at home and at work, so it's rarely out in the weather, which helps big time.

Not there yet, I park outside. Even after a good washing it still has some dirt on it. It does outshine a lot of cars in the parking lot, but others still beat me.

I got the car cover, but was told its only good for use inside a garage as outside the wind can blow it and make the finish worse. kind of defeats the purpose of one.
