since no one has any different styles of headlights for the xA the only place i can think of is the dealer.

I was going to say the same thing.. the Singapore group has some of projector style headlights, and we can get tail lights that are completely chromed out, but not aftermarket headlights

I thought painting it black makes the light a lot brighter? Is this bad?

Default HUH???

How can painting the inside of a REFLECTOR headlight possible make it brighter??? Black doesn't reflect too well. Think Stealth bomber. ;)

Only japanese cars do it, you dont acctually paint the reflective surface black, you only paint the trim around the reflective surface, its just for aestetics, in other words it looks bad ___.

Still looking for USA Stock xa headlight housings,

painting it black gives the JDM look. I personally like the black look a lot better. there have been a couple scions crashed, so you should call around to some junkyards. it is still a really new car though

Default Good times!!!

RIGHT! It's all for looks people. Silver reflects light, black absorbs light. There's no improvement in anything buy aesthetics...which is highly subjective. I'm trying to figure out why blacked out headlights are so cool, except that since people spend $500 bucks or more to buy them (like spending $150 on a bottle of Crystal) I guess that makes them cool? Hey man, whatever makes you happy. God Bless America, and Happy Thanksgiving!!!

it all depends on the look you are going for on the car. it is a matter of time before they are made for the xA. you don't actual paint the reflective part. it is just casing around that.
