I've seen the grills swapped. . . but never the front clip. . . I agree. It's very interesting.

i have an IST and want it to look like scion XA ... no scions here but ist. Actually the front IST badge will not fit the scion grill as the size and shape of the badge is different. The only way to do this mod is o interchange the grill itself.
Anyone there interested .. i will be more than happy to interchange from IST to SCION.

from my understanding, all lip kits should fit, as the lower area of the bumper is identical. The only difference is that the actual bumper bumper (the part that takes the impact) is a little longer to accomodate more impact foam for the 5mph crash regulations. That and the orange side markers. . .

but don't quote me on that.

i think yall have the wrong view on what i meant by front clip. im not talkng about front bumpers or anything. the front clip refers to the front half of the car that includes from the dash for right side drive, pedals, shifter, etc. to the front suspension, steering assembly, etc.

i have toyed with the idea of this... but have decided to wait to go this far until after i get my third car for the old lady to drive while our nice-ist car is getting choped up.

I'm with you nate. . . I was responding to the other post regarding the lip kit. But I'm no expert either.

he may be new, and only 15, but if you read the thread, not just jump around there has been many references to the ist and scion having parts swapped over. that wouldn't take a brain surgeon to get the wheels in your head turning to think "hey, maybe the cars share some similarities", thus the next logical process being to use the SEARCH button or even going so far as to do a google search. its not hard, really, i do it day in and day out. just laughing b/c someone was being lazy.
