Wait a second, Do u have the keyless entry option? I just want to establish that because I'm not sure if you are just looking for like a replacement remote or if u had that option installed.

Well if I am correct the remotes on eBay are just replacement remotes unless they say they come with the system. If you got a used Scion and it has a security system you can program those remotes, other than that you might end up having to go to a local shop and getting a system installed for around 200 if you are just looking for keyless entry. Also if you are ok with installing the headlights yourself there are a couple of good OEM ones on eBay for about 200. I haven't done it my self but I plan on buying them and installing them in the next couple of weeks. Just be warned those 50 dollar ones are almost certainly OEM style cheap knockoffs. If you need a link I can give you some good eBay sellers.

Buying a remote and trying to program it won't work. You need either the security system, or an aftermarket RKE solution to get RKE. Sorry. :/

It is cheaper to get the aftermarket RKE. I have a remote start, alarm, RKE installed for 220

What brand??? And do you like it?

I'd rather just have the remote entry and start, alarms are just to annoy people.

There is a guy here who sells just keyless entry for $70. You can get factory fogs from Sparks TRD the wire up to the factory harness. Both are EZ to install.

That's pretty good seriously I have to know who you had install it and the brand. Makes me want to cry a little bit for what I spent, but my brother is looking for a remote start, alarm, and rke, but he is also looking for a turbo timer.
