06 auto xA Indigo Pink Earl with nearly 35,000 miles.

Cracked windshield from a tiny rock chip. Also I still get an irritating noise from somewhere in the passenger side, but only when my wife if in the car...

25,000 miles A-OK

 

'05 xA with 108,000. Purchased it in Sept '04. Have a small crack on the winshield and a few dings. Had about $8K in damage 2 months after I got it from a run in with a deer that hit the front and rolled down the drivers side ;)

I commute 72 miles to and from work each day. Try to take one of the bikes when its nice out.

No real issues so far (aside from the paint on the front bumper peeling (it was replaced and painted after the accident)), looking at picking up another scion in a few months to replace this one.

Actually its 108k in 2 years and 9 months ;) Then subtract the month it was in the shop after the accident so 2 years 8 months.

so 108,000 / 2.666~ so roughly 40500 a year ;)

72 miles to and from work each day. so 144 X 5 = 720 possible a week and 37440 a year possible just from driving to work This is after all why I bought the car in the first place =)

I have about 10K on the 10R (bought it in july '06) and have put about 5K on the Vulcan 800 in the same time. The eclipse is only used for fun, and has been apart since last year.

 

2005 BSP xA 37,562 K and still runs like the first day I had it. in 7/5/2005

Problems none alarming whatsoever. The paint chips off easily. Rattles in the door silver panel, Rattles at the back I removed the cargo cover and it wen't away.

all in all it is working great as my work car cause it gets good gas mileage than the tC LOL...

 

06 Flint Mica xA, bought new in December of 06.

6600 miles on it currently(2000 of which was a trip to Texas and back).

No problems at all(knocking on said wood). Added some bass, fabbing the grille and my wheels are here next week!

had the vvt-i assembly replaced at 30k. engine light came on and the dealer found 'particles in the assembly'!!

now it sounds like i have a leaking exhaust manifold, leaking exhaust, or leaking head gasket although it isnt that. it makes that noise between 0 and 30mph while accelerating... dont know what that is yet....

i have 53k miles now, 120 highway miles a day. i still love it! although i should of put a nose protector on, its all chipped from flying stones and pebbles.

 

same vvt-i problem as me! did they tell you that they founds 'particles in the engine head'? i wonder what other problems those 'particles' will cause....

now at 55k i hear what sounds like a leaking exhaust manifold when mildly accelerating up to 35mph. it isnt a leaky manifold or exhaust though...

 

2006 5 speed

Bought in 9/06, just turned over 20k.

Not a single problem.

 

yeah i'm at 51?k now....I'm hearing something rattle also in 1st-3rd gear sometimes.
I know it's not any of my piping, but I think it might be something inside the cabin. maybe the spare tire?

 

2006 xA, 42k miles since 3/06. About 24k/year.
Missing body tub sealant caused passenger side front & back wells to fill with water.
Rear latch became difficult - lube and adjustment fixed it.
Otherwise great.

 

20000 , runs like a dream

 

2006 xA. purely stock. 24,347 miles. purchased march 2006. so thats 1 year and 9 months. 2 trips to san diego and 1 trip to vegas per year from mesa, az. no major or minor repairs.

but someone stole my front emblem. dealership wanted $30 + $5 install. found it on ebay for $10.

 

2005 xA, pure stock. 68,900 wonderful, fun filled miles.

 

2006 xA since 08/05 @ 64k!
I don't know how lol, anyways....runs great and
still fun to drive.

 

06xA bought in Nov of 06. Charcoal canister replaced twice then Fill neck replaced/EVAP corrected at around 30,000. 70.000 miles today and idles at 1,000 rpm, might need to replace the plugs. Cracked windshield due to small rock chip, noticed this one alot in others.
