Yeah. . . I find the light rear end and the heavy front make it very difficult to induce oversteer. There's simply not enough momentum in the rear to keep it spinning. . . probably why having passengers in the rear helps. Good job!
RWD drifting is different. Different technique, and well. . . different all together. But it's all reckless eitherway, and a lot of fun!

Thanks guys.
No I haven't gone to driving school. Just a lot of practice in safe environment. I have my share of close calls though. I used to own a 2000 Civic Si. I find that the shorter wheel base of the xA makes it hard to oversteer but at the same time reduces your chance to spin out so you have more time for correction. It's really easy to spin out and hit something if you don't know what you're doing. I actually went up a curb with my Si and cracked my rim and threw my alignment off. I also had close calls with a wall. Please please please...if you ever decide to try this, please do it in a safe environment haha I also recommend in a crappy car as well because the chance of you screwing up your car doing it is pretty high. I prefer my xA over the Si to do these kinds of stunts. However if you could get the b16a power in the xA yummmmmmmmmm....

haha, GREAT video! I really enjoyed it! Next time do a nice
daytime one so the quality is up, and send it into Scion! LOL
I really enjoyed watching your driving man, I showed the
video to some guys here at work, and one of them is like
"Oh that's a good video, as long as he doesn't *drift* into
a light pole"

For the suspension mods, I only have goldline springs and 17" Racing Hart CRs. My shocks are just about done so I'll be switching it out to TRD struts soon. I wanted something a bit more aggressive but still similar to a stock ride. I have a long commute from the OC to Santa Monica so I need a ride that my butt won't mind.
