PANDAmonium *updated 3/5* (56k...Come back later)
Hey guys, My buddy and I just finished the first coat of paint on the spoiler, and finished painting the Hubcaps...(Descripstions for all pics are above)
Before...(August or September of '06 HB meet) Note the full sized antenna, the fireball in the headlights, the lack of hubcaps, and the JDM lift-kit.
Then this happened....
Spoiler Hanging by 4 bungee cords, between 2 tarps in a garage
Getting my gloves on...always use protection
(.........)
I'm a Tagger
So is he
Post sanding, prepping with Gas, to get rid of the oils from my fingers
Getting rid of the dust from the gas rag
You can see the spray in these 2 pics
Using Dupli-Color Bumper Coating to spray the hubcaps
They dry flat, like ABS plastic
Dupli-Color Clear for the Spoiler's clip covers
I did all this for under $100, paint, tarps, bungee's, gloves, mask, sandpaper...
More pics to come, when she's done with this stage.
**Well she's done with this stage, so as promised....
Hubcap on the front wheel, after the badge was put back on
taking out your headlights is a PAIN IN THE AZZ!!
clearing/painting them is even worse (it took 1/2 an hour just to heat up the glue with a heat gun)
Then you have to have 2 ppl to pull them apart (sorry, no pics, everyone was busy pulling the lights apart)
Once we got them apart though..I was able to paint the eyelids
But the first thing we did, was Chris installed my spoiler....here're some pics
The grille (my secret for the past few weeks) all masked off, post-sanding, pre paint
Spraying the Grille
Still painting the grille
Dude, this thing takes forever...lol
Finally done
I drove like this for about 50 miles (still taped up, but on the car)
Really done, and unmasked
better looks at the grille,
Close up of the Center
P/side lights
D/side
After
Thanks for looking. (again)
B
Thanks Albert for all the pics, Except the "Before" pic (me) and the "After" pic (Mario)
Thanks to ChrisGarage for all the help with everything.
PS this isn't all the pics (I know, I'm a photo *****), if you want anymore pics just ask.

I know, I'm looking at rims right now, but I don't have the money, and I can't find the right ones....The paint is just a lil something to hold me over for a few months.
