Is the PCV valve really meant to be replaced in the xA? It the maintenance manual it does not call for it anywhere and they do not have a valve readily available at car stores. This leads me to question whether or not I should replace it. I have been told by others that 12,000 is a good est. but I was wondering what others thought.

since you have an 06... ask for the 04 xA's/xB's/Echo and it'll screw right in the same place...
