It's on real good. I even waxed it to help against Sun fade.

How's the ride now with the TRD springs? Similar to stock? Softer, stiffer, same?

38 and my Son is 5. I actually ordered the transformer and gave it to my wife for the kids to give me. :D It's the new RX8 transformer and this one is a metal version not normally available in the US. All the packaging is in Japanese. I'm just a big kid.

The ride with the new springs is a bit stffer. Bigger bumps are a bit rough but overall it's a good ride. I haven't had a chance to push it in the corners yet.

I'm not into that slammed look. I wouldn't want it any lower but I might do spacers in the rear.

YES!!!!!!! I am EXACTLY the same way. . . I hate getting people who tell me to drop it 10 inches so I can make the underside of my car glow for free.

But honestly, after having the TRD's for awhile, I think the springs are a bit too stiff for my taste. It's not so much the bumps but rather the bounciness of the ride. . . but I don't think that it's so much the springs than the poorly matched OEM shocks, which can be fixed with better ones. I'm a big fan of TRD, and even although my springs are not dealer installed, they are semi-warrantee ok. They are OEM enough not to raise any flags to the dealer. I've been through the hassle of having modified parts cause problems. . . true the dealer has to pinpoint that your parts caused the problem, but my experience tells me that most dealers really don't bother with that clause.
