Default Rough start 2006 scion xa

Scion XA rough start..think it could be the PCV valve? dirty injectors? I just changed my spark plugs about 6 months ago.

First thing I always look at is fuel. Did you recently fill up? Was there a tanker there?

Second, whenever I park my tC nose aiming up hill and it drops below 32* (which in Texas, doesn't happen much) it takes extra effort to crank over.

But it could be your injectors, run some Lucas Fuel treatment through it or B-12 Chemtool...Lucas is my favorite.

Oh and did you gap your plugs or were they the recommended ones that do not require gapping?

check your battery, i thought my starter was going bad but it ended up being an old battery with an insufficient charge. you might want to check your sparkers too. and like minter66 said sometimes an incline can cause a rough start, like a steep driveway(like mine).
