Running platinum tipped plugs, not sure if I should be using these. Advice?
Hey all,
I bought my xA about 7 months ago and changed the plugs in it about 5 months ago as part of some routine maintenance I was doing. I put platinum tipped plugs in and I am not sure but I think I lost a little bit on my gas mileage when I started with the new plugs. I gapped them properly, but now its getting really cold and I noticed that I have to crank the engine for about 3 seconds before it fires up. I am thinking this could be attributed to the type of plugs I am using. Can somebody help recommend a plug that I should be using that will help me maintain fuel efficiency and start the car a little easier during the winter? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i have iridium on my tc also and im boosted but run a different gap.
ngk iridium cant go wrong there.
make sure your air filter is clean and check your tire pressure also it can effect gas miles.
