Default Scion xA exhaust options?

I have a mostly stock Scion xA. The "flange" between the B-pipe and Muffler has started to rust away and is leaking. The muffler also has a hole in it. Because the B-pipe contains the cat converter replacing the B-pipe is probably really expensive. Anyone know if they make a kit that you cut the pipe and slide it over the cat? They used to make that for the older Corollas, not sure if Scion has something like that. I don't really want an aftermarket loud exhaust, just a functioning normal one. The annoying sound coming from my car now drives me nuts. Let me know what is out there. Or if anyone has a factory exhaust they are selling.

Napa makes a cut and slip on B-pipe. Toyota wants $250 for just the factory muffler. I think I may weld a Napa B-pipe on and then try and weld up the hole in the muffler. That should last me a while I would suspect.
