Question What's the rubbery black part at the bottom of the front bumper called?

And where can I get one? How much? I just picked up an 05 xA yesterday, noticed it has a dent in the black bottom bumper lip thing, would like to replace that section if its not too expensive.

Thanks

"Front Spoiler Pad"

One of mine fell off, so I took to other one off, don't miss them, plus I'd probably would have scaped them off by now.

the dent isnt on the left or right.. its in the middle.

aren't there 3 pieces? or is the middle piece part of the main bumper?

heres a pic of the dent

if thats part of the main bumper, i'm not buying a whole bumper.. so whats an easy way to pull that dent out?

That is part of the main bumper cover, just reach inside and push slowly but steadily it should pop out, at least some.

buy a heat gun (http://www.harborfreight.com/1500-wa...112-96289.html) it goes on sale a lot (I bought mine for $10. Apply heat to the back of the dent and using a tool (scrap piece of wood) press the dent back out while applying circular heat.... it will mostly come out.

lol, you used the wrong picture. the 06 xa does not have the black portion of the bumper, only the 04-05 models do, which is the second picture you posted up. mine is all jacked up, but since it's black you can't tell unless you look VERY VERY closely, partially due to my 3" drop and my wreckless driving. heat gun works, it will never be 100%, but it will be a lot better.

I hit a tire a while back and the guys @ the dealership fixed it for me, without me even asking and the only way you can tell it's there is if you're specifically looking for it, so it must be easy to fix. I was just scared I'd "over heat" the plastic and melt it, so maybe just ask the dealership?
