Still here, I've actually been doing a lot to the car lately. In the last year-ish, aside from routine maintenance I've installed a new set of brakes, new tires, a full set of aftermarket speakers, an underseat subwoofer, a Pioneer DVD/Apple CarPlay receiver, new shift boot, and just finished putting together an axle-back since no one makes anything but an OE-quiet replacement anymore.

Still here -- love my blue baby - 2006 xA with 112K. I logged on today because I'm seeking a drivers side mirror (housing & glass, not just glass)
Mechanic said he couldn't find one . I appreciate any suggestions into where I might find one. And if you have one to sell, well, you may be my hero!

Still here, although it's been so long I had to reregister because my old account was linked to my hotmail which was hacked and lost years ago. 156k miles and going strong. I too am looking for a full drivers side mirror. Body shop guy said exact same thing, it's discontinued so Id have to source it myself. I think I found one but apparently it's much easier to find mirrors for the xB. lol

Default Possible compatability with 2004 & 2005

ICYMI -- About a decade ago, someone posted on ScionLife that mirrors from 2004&2005 are compatible (same footprint) though they are folding rather than static and they don't have a blinker light on them, so only 3 wire connectors rather than 5. I'm considering going with this recommendation as there are more of the earlier mirror available on the secondary market. Have you heard this or tried it out?

good luck out there -- and keep enjoying our wonderful workhorse of a car.

We still have our 2006 scion Xa. ~120000 miles. I had it serviced oil change and all other fluid changed out. The rear drums had to be replaced. It' a little beat-up body wise.
But runs fine. Needs new paint, tint needs to be replaced too.

Still frequent this forum for maintenance tips and tricks. Bought our XA at 68000 and now have 148000 with routine maintenance.

It's our rover in the family fleet and my daily driver, with a crossover-SUV for group outings.

Little snug, clear coat is roasted but mechanically amazing so going to drive it till the wheels fall off or I become a millionaire.

I left for a long time, but I’m back. Found another RS1 to play with.

2005 Xa 314,000 miles. Replaced the water pump, starter, front/rear O2 sensors (didn't fix it so saving for a catalytic converter), rear drums & shoes, front pads/rotors, all motor mounts, cleaned the throttle body 2-3 times, replaced the PCV and one of the hoses to the radiator (I'll get motivated and replace the other some day), valve cover gasket, crank seal, wiring to one of the headlights, replaced both headlight assemblies, replaced the head unit and speakers. Pending repairs; timing cover gasket, ATF drain/fill/replace the filter, adjust the valves, rear main seal, repaint the roof and other sections. I'm the original owner - daughter has been driving it for the last year. She managed to hit the center median therefore two rims and one tire got replaced. Always best to learn how to drive with an old car but install a dash cam. Playing back video was how I learned she had a friend in the car!!! Big no no at the time.
*Bought it brand new in January 2005 $15K tax included.
