I am still here, but don't visit as often as I once did. I still love my xA, and it's still a great car, and has 69,300 miles now. Sadly, the Scion phenomenon that was so exciting and active during 2004-2007, or during the First Gen cars, is dead,
and with the current line of 2013 Models consisting of just the iQ, tC, and FR-S, all 2 door cars, many people like myself would not even consider a new one!

Wake up Scion!!!

Oh, the xA is running great, and just topped 125K, oil change due. Was with my son last week in San Fran,
and his 2012 tC is at 20K, new baby may make him go to something in a 4 door, and I doubt it will be an Scion.

It depends on where you go to get smog. I had an 89 Supra Turbo about 6 years ago with an upgraded turbo, blow-off valve, aftermarket intake, a 3" Turbo back exhaust, and a boost controller. All the shiny, non stock parts stood out like a sore thumb. The blow off valve was loud as hell, especially with an echo. The guy I used to take it to didn't even care. We never even spoke about them. I took it to a few different places and the dudes were fine with it. They're really only interested in the money. You should probably ask around before taking everything off.

Sup yall...forgot my old log in info...but some of u might remember me from Team ist as simply damnimcold. still got the xA..thought I was going to get something new..but due to financial reasons I haven't!
Couple years ago I reverted my car back to mostly stock, but recently got an itch to give him a lil more attention than I have been. Could use some new shocks/struts and a new fog light...but still being maintained, has 82k+ miles and has been a great reliable car!

Don't plan on a new car anytime soon...so i hope to help keep reppin the xA!!

ps...if anyone has an 06 passenger side fog light laying around PM me plz!!

Back in his prime...

for those who wanted to know about the motor i did, i just had it fully tuned b/c i got 500cc injectors and bigger IC piping up to 2.5'. also bumped the boost up to 15lbs but only got 14.6lbs b/c i maxed the turbo out haha. so the car is putting up 175whp & 190wtq. cant wait to run the 1320 in march ;)

I still have mine and check in here every once in a while. 140000+ miles and still putting 60 miles on it every work day and still gets about 31 mpg.
