xA interior for 2006!!!
This is what the xA interior should look like! None of that nasty, cardboard dash material! I love the xA, but dayumn the Fit looks gooood.

That's the one thing that prevented me from buying the xA... the center guages ____ed me off too much... especially at night (my friend let me borrow his car for 3 days). They shoulda made it more like the Echo's... deeper embedded into the dash and angled.

Why are there so many different fit threads. . . it would be nice if they were all lumped together.
I like Honda's new gauges. . . the previous gen ones ____ed me off with the crappy back lighting.
It took my awhile to get used to xA gauges, but I like them a lot now. The ONLY reason I bought an xA(I think this is the main appeal behind Scion) is for A) unique looks that are bold and aggressive, B) feature rich packaging for a low price, C) Toyota reliability.
No offense to anybody. . . but the Fit is just to geezerish looking for me. I personally could never see myself behind the wheel. . . maybe my Dad, but not me. I could've easily gone for a Corolla. . . but I don't like the idea of having a "cookie-cutter" car. BTW I REALLY like Corolla's, but like I said, they aren't for me.
I want the REAL Civic hatchback to come. . . errr, back.

Hmm... I'm not quite sure what you're talking about. I don't think the FIT is generic-looking at all, what with the huge, bulging headlamps and all. The interior definately looks space age. Although I think the xA is better looking overall, I love the look of the FIT as well.
that honda jazz looks like shiot! the interior isnt special. i like my xA not because i have one but because it is just more innovative/modern then the jazz. for me its time for something new and scion satisfies that for me....

The Fit looks too much like the Chevy Aveo, a cheezy looking car.
My mom called me a month ago, "Hey, there's this car in front of me, it's a chevy I think but looks a lot like your car."
My response? "Yeah it's a Chevy Aveo, if you can tell it is very curvey while the xA is very cut and has a sharp design compared to the Aveo."
