has anyone ordered the 06 xA sport grill from myautofashion.com?

and if so, does it fit like the stock grill, without having to take it to a body shop?
and does the the color match the car ? (in my case silver)

when i called over to myautofashion, the girl said that she doesnt know for certain, but they have had many orders for the part and no one has mentioned it didnt fit like the stock grill.

 

the sport grille is the same one in the RS1 xA package... i have it on mine, but the RS1 xA's are 05's, so i dont think it would fit the 06 unless they made updates to it

 

I think the one he linked is a little different then cuz it says it's for '06. I'd assume it goes right in...

 

yea... there are two different sections on the site... one for the 02-05, and one for the 06 xA. i know there are not 02 xA's here in the US, but who knows if they werent in japan or elsewhere before (or if the site is just off on it's details)

i just want a sense of security before i drop $250 on a grill. i dont want to find out i need to adjust the car itself before i fit it.... that would suck and cost more money

 

im sad no one has this part for an 06

 

The grill will fit, you might just have to trim the edges a tiny bit that's all.

 

that's enough consolation for me.... im going to order it!

 

I am interested in this and the Kenstyle. But I wanna see what it looks like on your 06 before I buy. PLEASE let us know if it's cool and post pics!

Hey are you gonna have to paint it?? If so for me that adds another $100-120 unfortunately.

 

I believe you have to get it painted, but I am not sure. I contacted myautofashion a long time ago about the grill and don't remember if they said if you had to paint it or not.

 

Well it's still not a terrible price. But depending on how it looks on sunnyflorida's xA I might go for the Kenstyle. We shall see

I am actually going to buy the C-One grill. I am trying to do C-One for most of my car stuff. I have a lot of their stuff on my car now, and i love it. So depending on how sports grill looks, i might just go with the C-One

 

the grill has all the options of colors... so i dont think i'll have to paint it... but i'll soon find out

Like I thought not in my color. This means it's JDM most likely since there are no Salsa Red Pearl IST's.

 

i think everything myautofashion sells is JDM driectly imported from japan. I didn't know that there were no sals red ist.
