I just recieved my Car and Driver for Feb. and about 3 pages in is an avertisement for both the xB and the xA. Both are Sema cars, and the advertisement covers both pages. Pretty interesting, that C&D would advertise the Scion line to that specific demographic.

 

Just remember this: Advertising pays for production costs in a magazine. The more ads sold the more content can be put in a magazine. This is probably why there are ads for all kinds of crap that isn't related to cars in the back of Car and Driver or just about any other magazine. If somone is willing to advertisie, and it's even close to the demographic, most magazines will accept the advertising dollars.

 

Just a side note, i was reading this months ( January ) C&D, and they did their top 10. On their list of 10 best nominees was the scion xB, and proved to have the best gas milage @ 27 mpg!
