Default 2006 xA won't start

Okay, to make a short story long, I have a 2006 Scion xA with about 90,000 miles. I've had it for about 2 months, I got it from a Toyota dealership but it doesn't have any warranty. After about a month (so it's been about a month) my check engine light turned on. I had my friend check it and he got these codes: P0335 (which he said he thinks my crankshaft position sensor needs to be replaced), P043E, P043F, P2401, P2402, and P2419. He said for some reason all of the codes except P0335 are repeated twice. He said the other codes had to do with the evap system, so we bought a new gas cap. Those codes haven't gone away yet, but I read you have to drive for about a hundred miles before they disappear by themselves. I noticed it was getting increasingly hard to start my car (it cranked slower and slower and I have to give it a lot of gas to start) so I ordered the crank position sensor he thought I needed. I ordered it from Advance Auto Parts, and they accidentally ordered the wrong part, so they had to ship it back and order the part I needed. Meanwhile, my sister's 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe wouldn't start. She asked me to jump start it, which I'd never done before. I googled it and the instructions said to start with both cars off. So when I went to start her car, I forgot to start mine first. Obviously, I couldn't get hers started, so I went back inside. A half hour later, it was time for me to go to work. So I get in my car, and it won't start either! The radio and lights work, so I don't think it's the battery. I also don't think it has to do anything with the engine codes and it being hard to start before, because before it would just crank slowly and not start until I gave it a lot of gas. Now it doesn't even crank, it just sounds like it tries to crank once, then makes a repeated clicking noise. I tried to jump start it anyways (the right way, with someone that knows what they're doing) and it didn't work, either. The next day (today), I tried to start it again, same problem. I looked at all the terminals, and they looked clean and tight. But now, I noticed when I turn the ignition to on, the change oil light and low battery come on, even though they weren't there yesterday. I did notice the wiring from the negative terminal had electrical tape around it, so that may have been nigrigged, but again, it was working fine (sort of) before I unsuccessfully tried to jump start my sister's car. In the meantime, I'm just waiting for that part from Advance but would appreciate any insight.

I found the part for cheaper online so I got a refund from Advance and am now waiting for the part to come.
