2006 xB Oil Control Valve broken?

Question 2006 xB Oil Control Valve broken?

I got the P0012 Code and ordered a new OCV from Amazon. I got the part number from Toyota. PN15330-21011. When I took the old one off only the outside part came off the block. When I line the new one up it seems to be bigger than the hole it should go in.
Any suggestions on getting the rest of the part out of the block? Any one have the correct part number for this part? Is there a difference between the Oil Control Valve and the Engine Variable Timing Solenoid?
