Default air intakes and exhausts

hey guys just wondering about some of the exhaust and intake on ebay. i was thinking of getting the greddy style eve 2 i know its not greedy but hey i i like the style. name really doesnt matter but im not spending 300 on an exhaust. and i found an air intake its carbon fiber style but is off brand but im goin for the carbon fiber look. and there is no real carbon fiber air intake that i know of. and if there was it would prolly cost 300 and up. so guys give me your input i really wanna start getting into this phase in car performance.

instead of the questionable products on ebay i suggest checking out the intakes and exhausts on http://ssuperstore.com/index.php?osC...94cb72f20c3a17
they have an exhaust for the xb thats 100 bucks and its a bolt on axle back... thats a cheaper price than a lot of canisters out there. They also have a good intake for under 100 bucks I believe.

Just pick up a tusdo from ebay sounds good for $160 ship what else do you wont. later juan

Default cheap e-bay

I got a cheap intake off of e-bay for my Xa and it had poor fitment and no power gain. I just installed an AEM CAI this morning and I am really happy with it. The only problem is you can only get them from Scion for an Xa (according to the AEM website). I am looking at new exhaust so post your results if you get that knock off. Thanx, Snowman

Default Intakes

Just installed a Fujita Cold Air Intake in my xB and ended up getting a check engine light to flip on. This causes the VSC and Traction Control to flip on also. The car then went into "sleep mode" which makes the xB choke at 3K rpm. Just be careful to not oil the intake, and to carefully clean the mounting for the air mass sensor. The mistake costed $150.

I just installed the AEM C.A.I on my Xa today....undeniable difference, absolutely love the deep growl of the intake from 3-5rpm. Also i was wondering, does anyone know if DC sports makes a catback exhaust for Xa or is it just the singel axle-back canister...or better yet does a cat back even matter (when it comes to power) over the axle-back?
wooo that was a mouth full!
