Default Any benefits to switch to Opitma battery?

I'm pretty much did most of the bolt-ons that I can do to my Xa... I'm currently debating if I should change out my OEM to Optima battery... I don't have a system and I have HID so healight dimming etc.. is not a problem for me.... In my case is there even benefits for using the Optima or any good light weight battery with similar cranking power would do the trick?

I wouldn't spend the money on it right now. Don't get me wrong, I've had an Optima in my POS truck for 5+ years now, and it has never failed me despite the heat. An incredible battery IMO (red top), but if your factory one is doing just fine, wait a couple of years and upgrade.

With the dual (top and side) terminals, it's much easier to hook up cables for the system than the stock setup... but as you don't have a system, I would go with ^^^ for my answer.
