If you build it you'l be more or less replacing all the milage parts. $500 isn't bad for a motor(assuming that it isn't a hole in the block or something). Since when has 70k been to many miles for a Toyota motor anyways? I wouldn't consider a Toyota motor broken in until about 120k.(Obviously I am not refering to Toyota's literal break in period)
