Default Anyone know how to get Injen to respond to emails?

Or know of a phone # or an email besides tech@injen.com to reach them?

I have a Injen CAI in my '06 xB - the upper rubber vibe mount failed (Note that in the pictures I'm pulling the intake to the side to highlight the failure - normally the intake bracket aligns right over the rubber mount, so it isn't a side/shear load problem):

I emailed tech@injen.com over a week ago. Although I got an automated "emailed received, we'll respond soon" message back, no person has actually responded to my email about getting a new rubber mount.

I would suggest calling them and getting it resolved. I have never had any problems with INJEN

I ride bmx bikes a lot and those companies are pretty small and I would always have trouble with e-mails and responses...

The relevance in this is that if they are small time imagine injen and the amount of e-mails they recieve...

Just call, more than likely you will be handled with respect and with way quicker results!

This is the number off their site for 'wholesale/dealers only' but call them and tell them you've had no results with the e-mail and you don't want to drive your car how it is.

909.839.0706

hope you get it resolved!

That's the number I call. But we carry INJEN products @ SciSpeed so we are supposed to call the dealer hotline. Either way just call that number, they will be more than happy to help you

Dude, I sell parts for these companies (no I cant help you)
BUT, I will say they probably will not cover replacing your bushing, so they are ignoring your emails
I have to ask these questions for customers at times, and I get no response when its a problem they simply dont feel like dealing with..
I can prove this easy, email them saying you want to buy 100 of these mount bushings, they will respond the same day..
If it isnt making them money.. or making them feel good about themselves.. they just dont respond
Best thing to do.. call, and dont take "we'll call you back" as an answer, say "Its okay I'll hold, and if your busy I dont mind being transferred to someone who isnt"
then they start talking..

Thanks for the responses all, I'll try calling them tomorrow.

Capitolchalet, if you want you can have my Injen license plate frame and decals. I'm not going to use them.
