Love the sound on the Maganflow that came on the RS2.0, but it is deafening on the hightway, hate to change it, but do a lot of highway driving and the harmonics between the exhaust and stereo is getting unpleasant fast.

Any help appreciated

 

Mine came with a DC Sport muffler. It also had 2 interchangable inserts. So you could use the smaller diameter insert for quieter sound, larger insert for more rumble or leave it out completely for a louder sound. The insert only uses one bolt. Takes 2, 13 mm wrenches and about 3 minutes to change.

 

Yep what he said...Unless you bought your RS2.0 used you have a Tunable DC Sports muffler...

 

Thanks all, yes I have the Stock RS muffler, but someone put a magnaflow tip on it
I switched to a Wicked with silencer, but it is still too loud for my tastes at freeway speeds, and since this a daily driver I am at aloss other than stock.

If anyone can recommend a quiet muffler that is a step above stock for flow , I would love to hear about it.
