well buddy, guess you should have bought a stick in the first place.

Because you would have saved over $500 with the stick in the first place, and now you'll have to shell out a LOT of money for a transmission swap.

Save yourself the hassle and trade it in for a manual.

+1 for the trade.

Pull of whatever modifications you want to keep for the new car and make a trade. Brand new no mileage stick and it won't cost you near what a transmission swap would.

I doubt that it is feasible no matter how much money you have. Assuming that the manual does bolt in place of the auto and uses the same half-shafts, there are the shifter and its linkage, the additional pedal and the hydraulics, a different dash display, and probably a different ECU to integrate with the intelligent transmission's computer.

Such a changeover would surely cost much more than a complete automatic xB car, have no warranty, and who would you trust to do it. You are much better off selling your automatic xB and buying another manual xB.

It's rarely worth it on any car. Especially one as new as this.

+1 for trade in.

right now I'm swapping my prelude over to manual. but also I'm going to throw a different engine it as well. but its not worth it on an XA because I pretty sure your engine doesnt have over 150,000 miles on it.

yeah, I swapped a H22 into my 93 accord, and converted it from an auto -> manual.

That's when it's worth it.
