Default Best shifter mod?

I am looking at improving the wobbly, wonky stock shifter on my xB. Any suggestions -- TRD Shortshifter, B&M, TWM, RS-type? Any experiences would be helpful. I want to tighten up the feeling and shorten the thow. Thanks

I know its not what you want to hear, but start w/ dumping whatever GL5 Scion fills the tranny w/ at the factory and put in a good GL4, like Redline MT90.

i third the MT-90, great oil and really helps out the clunkiness. But if you want shorter shifting then buy the Perrin, remember this installs into the OEM shifter housing,s o some of the clunkiness will still be there. I installed it and wouldn't change it for the world.
