Bypass tube

Bypass tube
Got a Remanu Head but it came without the bypass tube, the 5/8" with the 1/4" elbow, anyone deal with this problem?
I broke the old one trying to get it out so I need a new one or i guess a straight tube and I can install a "t" adapter?
